Graduate Education & Training Programs

The CHOICE Institute hosts the graduate programs under the Department of Pharmacy at UW. The graduate programs include preparation in the academic disciplines essential to assessment of the health, cost outcomes and comparative effectiveness of health policies and medical interventions. Students attend courses in the fields of biostatistics, clinical trial design and analysis, health economics, epidemiology and health policy in order to gain an in-depth understanding of the complex and interdisciplinary environment of outcomes research. Didactic preparation is augmented with substantive involvement in the research and teaching programs of a world renowned graduate faculty.
