Drug Design/Metabolism/Transport and Research and Training Consortium (DMTSPR)

Modalities Infographic

The overall objectives of the DMTSPR Consortium are to provide a focused effort which allows for advancing our understanding of the molecular basis of disease, impact of disease processes on drug disposition and action, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics, and to develop rigorous analytical approaches to characterize a wide range of drug products, including small molecules, peptides, self-assembled nanoparticles, oligonucleotides, and antibody-based proteins. This would be accomplished by maintenance and expansion of current UWSOP infrastructure, novel and exploratory research projects, and encouraging collaboration with industry.

To learn more about the Consortium and how to participate, please contact Associate Dean, Claire Forster at clbrown@uw.edu.
