Annual Health Econometric Workshop (AHEW)
Anirban Basu is the main organizer of AHEW, which provides a forum to discuss the use of econometric and other quantitative methods to address issues in health economics and policy, health services research, and outcomes research. It is the first meeting of its kind in North America and will facilitate the exchange of ideas among the growing number of health econometricians in the United States and Canada.
Vancouver Health Economics (VanHem) Meeting
The CHOICE Institute and the Department of Health Services, UW co-sponsor the annual meeting of the Vancouver Health Economics Methodology (VanHEM) group, which exists to support and promote the work of researchers with an active interest in the economics of health and health care.
