Following an extensive nationwide search, the UW School of Pharmacy is thrilled to announce the appointment of Daniel Webb as our new Chief Advancement Officer (CAO).
In this role, Daniel will serve as the school’s principal fundraiser, provide strategic fundraising leadership, and oversee the development and marketing and communications teams.
Daniel returns to the UW, having previously served in the College of the Environment between 2012 and 2019, where he closed more than $15 million in current and planned gifts from environment-focused donors.
Daniel most recently worked at City Year Seattle as managing director of development. In this role, he led a dynamic development and communications team and held a hybrid role with City Year’s national development team, providing strategy support to the organization’s eight largest fundraising markets.
In addition to welcoming to Daniel, we would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to Anne Fitzmaurice Adams for her dedicated service as Pharmacy’s Interim CAO over the past year. Anne’s contributions have been invaluable, and we are grateful for her steadfast leadership.
