Instructions for sample–template and primer–preparation:
- If your sample is Single-Stranded DNA please submit 125-250 ng template and 3.2 pmoles of primer in 10 uL
- If your sample is Double-Stranded/Plasmid DNA please submit 250-500 ng template and 3.2 pmoles of primer in 10 uL
- If your sample is PCR product please submit 90-150 ng template and 3.2 pmoles of primer in 10 uL
We suggest designing primers at least 60 bases from the start point of the region of interest.
Please submit your samples in 0.2uL Strip Well PCR Tubes (Island Scientific, catalog # IS-435R) or in 96 Tube 0.2ml PCR Plates (Island Scientific, catalog # IS-600) or in Ultra Thin-Walled 0.2ml PCR Tubes.
