Thesis Summary: Using available clinical and in vitro data, we’re seeking to identify a comprehensive list of clinical substrates and inhibitors of hepatic OATPs. Among the substrates and inhibitors identified, we will propose the best probe markers to study OATP inhibition during drug development.
