Tell us why you chose UW.

I chose UW because it is in a geographical location that I’d prefer to be. It’s proximity to home (Alaska), the ocean, and family were other key determinants for me. I really enjoy the environment they have created on campus and am more than honored to be in a program with such progressive and prestigious   medical practices and research.

What led you to study pharmacy?

By studying pharmaceuticals I’m able to continue pursuing my interests in chemistry through a career that provides both fulfillment and stability while offering a valuable service to the community.
