Tell us why you chose UW.

I chose the UW because of the amazing opportunities for pharmacy our school provides. Every part of the greater Seattle area has Husky Pharmacists ready to help advance future Husky Pharmacists.

What led you to study pharmacy?

I started working at my local compounding pharmacy during the pandemic and was hooked.

What experiences at the UW have been the most influential to you?

I personally loved the PY1 (Professional Year 1) autumn pharmaceutics lab, making formulations from cold cream to suppositories.

What do you want to do following your UW education?

I will continue at my local compounding pharmacy as a pharmacist.

What are your future aspirations or goals?

I would love to work as a compounding pharmacist and am open to working as a community pharmacist abroad in either Sweden or Luxembourg as there is a dire need for pharmacists and I have dual citizenship to Luxembourg.

Tell us about your in-school activities?

I participate in study groups.

What is one piece of advice that you have for potential new students or one thing you wish you knew before beginning your studies?

Explore the Pharmacist Toolkit and get a handle on Top 300 before classes start. It feels so much better to be ahead than to play catchup!

What is a fun or interesting fact about you?

I have an identical twin!
