Research Project: De novo peptide design for targeting specific macromolecules including COVID-19 main protease and intracellular targets to inhibit their functional activities.
Research Interests: Protein/peptide design, computational biology, protein-ligand interactions, machine/deep learning in protein design, drug delivery, drug design, molecular dynamics.
Awards: Fulbright PhD Scholarship
Education: B.S. and M.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering from TOBB University of Economics and Technology (Turkey)
