Biography

Dr. Carol Collins is clinical associate professor of pharmaceutics. She received her bachelor of science, master of physiology and doctorate of medicine at The Ohio State University. She completed her residency in urology at The Ohio State University Medical Center. She received her Regulatory Affairs certification in 2001.

Her research interests include drug-drug interactions, drug-herbal interactions and the safety of drugs and herbal medicines. They also include bioinformatics of drug interactions. She has several publications and presentations in these areas of interest.

Collins completed the University of Washington Teaching Scholars Program and has been involved in teaching graduate students, pharmacology students and medical students. She is also has served as a reviewer for multiple journals and organizations.
