Have you changed your name? We will want to get your correct name on the University database as soon as possible. To make this change, we will need two things from you: a photocopy of your social security card with the new name on it, and a filled out personal data form. All of the courses you will be teaching have preceptor's guides available and to download these, you will need to check our courses and syllabi page. For information about topics taught in the third-year therapeutics series, you can consult the lecture notes at the Therapeutics home pages for PHARM 560, PHARM 561, or PHARM 562. Some of the other courses also have notes and information online, and you can link to this information from the student courses home page.
