Welcome to the Isoherranen lab. Our lab studies the biochemical mechanisms and kinetics of drug-drug and drug-vitamin interactions with focus on cytochrome P450 enzymes. We use both in vitro and in vivo methods to increase the understanding of how the activity of P450 enzymes is regulated and to determine how P450 enzymes impact cellular processes.
